Social media management tools are now key component of any digital marketing department of a business or an agency. There is a wide variety of social media management tools available on the market and choosing the right one is not always very easy. I have been working with a few and also tested and abandoned others for a number of reasons. They were lacking functionalities I needed or did have very cool features but I thought their pricing is unreasonable for a small business. I am a confessed fan of Hootsuite that I have been using for years now, but some B2B related projects made me consider an alternative.
